Enjoy The Serenity Of A Sacred Moment Out Of Time And Space.
After so many years of practice, I’m still discovering parts of the unlimited universal science hidden in this ancient art!
The movements are graceful and slow, inviting stagnant or even blocked energy to flow freely. All the functions of the body are eased and improved when the body and the mind are relaxed.
Qigong is the cultivation of vital energy, relaxation, flexibility, and spiritual awakening, it promotes health and longevity.
It guides people toward the perception of universal harmony which plays an important role in the maintenance and restoration of health on all levels. It
contributes also to the development of some so-called supernatural capabilities, which with regular practice, emerge in a natural way.
The Chinese ideogram for Qi Gong means to work with consistency to transform what needs to be transformed and concentrate on keeping the energy flowing, releasing any blockage that could bring pain.
I’m here to teach you simple and ancient traditional movements from Chinese Qigong, which have, when practiced regularly, the extraordinary ability to realign and harmonize the whole body, the mind and the soul.
I’d love to guide you through a journey of transformation, to show you how to unstuck energy trapped in certain parts of the body and feel lighter immediately.
Don’t you think it’s time to master this powerful tool we have, to transcend anything for the highest good of all?
QIGONG, AN ANCIENT THERAPEUTIC ART
Ancient Therapeutic Art, and Much More
My own experience with qigong, for 20 years now, has prompted me to share this treasure of Wisdom and Knowledge. From ancient time, the Chinese were searching for immortality, developing techniques for processing energy through which it is possible to improve health and longevity.
For more than 3000 years, Qigong has been one of the five pillars of traditional Chinese Medicine, along with acupuncture, traditional pharmacopoeia, nutrition and massage.
Taoist and Buddhist monks became interested in Qigong as a mean of strengthening their bodies which had been weakened by extreme, static meditational practices. Later, martial arts practitioners became involved with Qigong to increase their abilities in an astonishing way!
The types and schools of Qigong multiplied.
Today there are thousands of kinds of Qigong. Nevertheless, all of these schools have common basis: the mastery of energy through meditative movement, breath and thought. Qigong is an energetic practice, which restores and preserves the life force.
It is inspired by the three main Chinese schools of philosophy: Taoism, Buddhism and Confucianism.
Practicing qigong in the west
When two ancient civilizations meet and unite their knowledge, evolution is enhanced. Greece and China had a huge influence in the West and in the East respectively, it would be beneficial to combine their ancestral wisdom harmoniously.
This cooperation will broaden the possibilities for a future based on immemorial wisdom. The variety of information found in ageless traditions from all corners of the planet constitutes a priceless treasure.
Practicing Qigong in the West does not mean letting our own culture to adopt a foreign philosophy. On the contrary, it is about discovering new methods, with exceptional benefits for physical, emotional and mental health and going even deeper by adding our frame of reference.
By combining the different ways in which human beings perceive life, the development of consciousness and of paranormal abilities will be attainable quicker, and by doing so, with the enthusiasm of a young child, we’ll realize that the Essence is one!
the History
THE OUTSTANDING HISTORY OF ZHINENG QIGONG
Zhi Neng Qigong
Was developed by Dr Pang Ming in the late 1970s, at a time when the Chinese government was encouraging the practice and the research on Qigong in order to reduce health care costs.
Pang Ming, as a child had special abilities as he was learning at incredible speed. He was initiated at an early age into the Chinese martial and energy arts and introduced to the teachings of Taoist, Buddhist and Confucian Masters. Later he became a famous doctor in Beijing and wrote medical books.
After decades of practicing various kinds of qigong and years of research, he was able to choose, from all the knowledge he had gained in medicine and philosophy, what was most important and effective. So, he created a new kind of Qigong, accessible to everyone, with amazing results both in health and in the development of special abilities.
It is a Qigong which is based for the first time on a fully structured theory of entirety and which connects ancient knowledge with modern science. He called it Zhi Neng Qigong, Wisdom Qigong. When teaching this method Dr Pang Ming was the first to organise and use the Information in the Energy Field (Qi field), which is a powerful technique to obtain positive results.
