Meditation and Spiritual Awakening

Serenity and Joy accompany a successful meditation and through regular practice you can feel deep tranquility, whatever the circumstances of everyday life. The results of meditation have been observed and proven repeatedly through many studies.

During a group meditation, the teacher leads the students through visualisations designed to calm the mind and to lead the body into deep relaxation. In stillness, the body and mind are nourished by primordial, pure and amorphous energy, thanks to the reconnection happening between the body and the universe. Meditation is a miraculous springboard to Spiritual awakening:

  • It develops clarity of spirit and flexibility of mind
  • It facilitates concentration
  • It cultivates well-being, happiness and tranquility
  • It strengthens the immune system
  • It improves health
  • It promotes the realisation that we are fractions of a larger Whole
  • It leads to knowledge of the self and the universe

It brings us back to the center where balance is found. It’s a must to create more consciously an harmonious world for all, in accordance with universal laws !
