The energy of this island is inviting us to go deep inside of ourself and uncover the veil of mystery around immortality. In tune with the longevity that characterizes the inhabitants of Icaria, we will deepen carefully chosen practices of Qigong, meditations and visualizations to activate the body’s natural abilities for renewal. Unlike Icarus, we’ll fly high toward the Light with our angelic wings which never melt.

Icaria is one of the “blue zones” on the planet where many people live over a hundred years while still taking part actively in the life of their community. An island where the inhabitants are not in a hurry, they are blessed by the Earth with “immortal water” and hot springs. We’ll visit interesting sites and enjoy every moment, adopting the slow-motion of time!

The program

The program of a full day includes:

  • One-hour qigong practice before breakfast

  • One-and-a-half-hour minimum deep longevity practice

  • One-and-a-half-hour or more meditation and visualization in the evening

  • Excursions to different interesting parts of the island

  • Time to share, to rest, to swim and celebrate

Transportation

Transportation to Ikaria is not included. To save time and to pick up the cars on arrival, I recommend that we travel by air from Athens on the same flights.
