Give yourself four days of peace and relaxation to dive into the very essence of your being!
A therapeutic trip to Epidaurus, a retreat with the energy of Asclepius, god of medicine and
son of Apollo, combined with the knowledge of Ancient China.
Visit the most important healing center of Greece, at the archeological site. Enjoy a unique
experience with the sacred mysteries of the dome and the "Avato" where people were
receiving physical as well as spiritual recovery through dreams.
Travel through time, feel the energy and let yourself be fascinated by the connection
between history, mythology, healing and personal transformation.

The program

The program is designed for beginners as well as advanced practitioners:

  • Morning Qigong on a beautiful little beach embraced by trees

  • We’ll cultivate flexibility of body and mind with Qigong practices adapted to all levels and age

  • We’ll strengthen our body before winter with Special Zhineng Qigong methods working especially on the large intestine and the lower abdomen.

  • In the evening we’ll have appropriate meditations to calm our soul, in the heart of autumn

  • We’ll spend one day at the archeological site tuning into the energy of the place

Transportation

By car or KTEL (coach)
We usually arrange among the participants to pick up those without car. By doing so we
share the cost and the company and can travel with as few cars as possible.
