The methods of Zhi Neng QiGong (ZNQG) are meditative. The movements are slow and soft. The body stretches and relaxes, the spirit breathes freely and is nourished by the serenity that comes from the depths of Being. Thus, keeeping an humble state, the mind and emotions are harmonised with the Greatness.
There are 6 Methods, 6 Levels, of which only the first three have been given.
But seeing the speed at which consciousness and awareness are developing in people practicing Qigong seriously, I think that Dr Pang will soon give the other levels.
The Qigong of Wisdom is like a vehicle carrying the people of the earth towards greater harmony.
