Join us for an unforgettable retreat in which nature, Greek mythology, powerful Qigong and meditative practices blend together for a journey of self-discovery,  purpose and joy.
Over five days, we’ll awaken the divine essence within us, as we’ll explore the powerful energies of this mountain. We’ll study, from a different angle, some characteristics of the 12 Gods of the Ancient Greek Pantheon. We’ll heal ancestral emotional wounds with liked-minded loving souls for a lasting transformation.

Come and connect with the mystical power and the timeless mythology of this mountain which has the throne of Zeus at its summit.

The program

Morning Qigong in Nature
Begin each day with rejuvenating Qigong practice in the serene embrace of the mountain’s immense power and beauty.

Evening Guided Meditations
Experience meditations inspired by the 12 Olympian Gods of Greek mythology. Each meditation will help us recognize and harmonize the emotional archetypes of these ancient deities within ourself, cultivating more clarity and strength.

Visits accompanied with short “on-site meditations”

  • The Orlia waterfalls

  • the archaeological sites of Dion

  • the Epineas Gorge and the ancient Monastery of St. Dionysius

  • The legendary land of Orpheus and the 9 Muses in Levithra

  • The picturesque village of Palaios Panteleimonas

  • During Free Time we can drive a short distance from the mountain to swim in the nearby
    sea or relax

Transportation

We can come by car, in which case we’ll organize to pick-up other participants.


Otherwise we can come by train or coache and rent cars in Katerini.


Details will be finalized based on participants preferences closer to the event.

ACCOMODATION AND PRICE

Included in the price:

  • We’ll be staying in the charming village of Litochoros

  • 5 nights accommodation at Afroditis Hotel or Enipeas Hotel

  • The price includes 5 nights at Afroditis or Enipeas hotel, in shared or single room, breakfast taken all together, Qigong course, guided practices and meditations and a meal at the renowned Gastrodromio En Olympo restaurant.

    In the Land of Olympus we celebrated the summer solstice. We met the Olympian Gods
    with their divine powers and the human weaknesses. We plunged into the gurgling waters
    of the Enipeas, cleansing body and soul! We also dived into the depths of consciousness to
    bring light and love to the hidden and forgotten parts, with us Orpheus to bewitch every
    fear with his melody. We shared many dives into the depths, many memories and much
